Quantum Care, a not-for-profit company, is a brand new, state-of-the-art care home in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. This is a unique opportunity to join the team from day one and help shape the culture of the home. We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join a brand new team that will work closely together to enable our residents to live their best life possible. As a Night Care Worker you will help our residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved in their care. You will have a key role supporting residents with daily living, including recreational activities, food and drink, administering medication, accessing health care and personal care. You will offer support that directly impacts our residents’ wellbeing, assisting them to enjoy everyday life with dignity.
